Vendez — unmanned retail, done properly
Vendez is a vending machine sales, service and franchise company. We supply smart machines for snacks, beverages, hot drinks and frozen products, install them, keep them running, and help entrepreneurs build vending routes of their own.
We started with a simple observation: plenty of places want a vending machine, but very few want to deal with imports, spare parts, payment gateways and stock reconciliation. So we built a company around all of that, and put six machine models in front of it.
Today Vendez covers the full lifecycle — site survey, machine selection, planogram design, installation, cashless payment setup, cloud monitoring and maintenance. For partners who want to run vending as a business, we open the same supply and support under our franchise programme.
Our tagline is not decoration. Being one step ahead means the machine is stocked before it empties, the payment works before the customer complains, and the engineer is booked before the breakdown becomes a bad day.
